Outhorn is an athleisure brand, owned by OTCF. It’s centred around values such as passion, curiosity and closeness to nature.
A major share of the brand’s audience is found among the tech-savvy Gen Z, which appreciates the speed and instant access to information the digital channels offer.
Lately, the brand has been expanding its omnichannel ecosystem, opening flagship stores and developing its mobile application. All of that to offer its customers the most convenient way to browse and shop.
So it turns out 1 in 3 shoppers looks up products on their mobile when visiting your store. Where’s the boundary between online and offline then? Well, it’s gone missing.
Client’s want to effortlessly switch between different points of contact to get what they want. Try on a new jacket in store? Sure, but in the meantime why not check online if there are other colors available.
Our goal when working with Outhorn was to deliver a solution that enhances customer experience in traditional stores and enriches it with digital elements. At the same time, we wanted to make sure that the quality of Customer Experience is consistently high whatever the channel.
We implemented interactive kiosks in clients’ stores equipped with dedicated software. The large screen format meant customising the design and creating a truly bespoke solution. The application has been integrated with EAN code scanner and payment terminal. Additionally, we have delivered two versions of the app - for the product display as well as changing room zones.

Together with the client, we have defined a functional and technical framework for the solution.

Our design team focused on delivering the best possible experience on a large screen format. Outhorn clients can quickly find the info they need, without being put off by an unnecessarily complex user path.

Our self-managing and agile team has completed the project in just 4 sprints.

The project continues. We monitor clients’ needs and respond by developing and implementing new functionalities. This approach allows Outhorn to consciously build client journey in traditional stores.

Clients might ask staff to bring them products in a different size or colour. The functionality makes the shopping process smooth and convenient.
