Food and diet preferences are highly individual. They can also change on a day-to-day basis - depending on our schedule, health or even mood. NFTY took on the challenge to caters to these changing needs by offering a highly customisable service.

What does it mean for digital product design? Well our job was to translate business ideas into real-life product features. Thanks to client’s organization’s maturity and agile work culture we were able to take part in multiple experiments and draw insights that allow us to continually improve the product. After each successful validation, we worked to unify customer experience in every touchpoint.
