What will be your daily tasks

  • Shape our marketing strategy – You’ll play a key role in crafting a marketing and communication strategy that aligns seamlessly with our business goals.

  • Bring ideas to life through communication plans – Once the strategy is in place, you’ll design external and internal communication plans, ensuring they’re executed with precision and care.

  • Create amazing content – From social media posts to blogs, case studies, presentations, reports, e-books, webinars, and podcasts – you’ll have the creative freedom to make it all happen.

  • Keep the team connected – You’ll manage internal communication (Intranet, Slack, emails), making sure our messages are clear, consistent, and engaging.

  • Run our social media – You’ll take charge of our Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X profiles, creating content that resonates with our audiences.

  • Analyse and improve – Monitoring results will be key. You’ll dive into data, identify trends, and make adjustments to maximize the impact of our marketing efforts.

  • Manage budgets smartly – You’ll plan, track, and optimize our advertising budget, making sure every investment counts.

  • Coordinate projects seamlessly – You’ll work with subcontractors, set priorities, and use project management tools to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

What you'll get

  • hybrid work in Łódź – we would like you to be in our Łódź office at least three times a week at the beginning, as we want you to get to know us. After this period, the number of days in the office may be reduced, but it will not be fewer than two days per week

What we need

  • Experience – you have 3–5 years of experience in creating and managing content. You know how to make content that grabs attention and drives engagement.

  • Language skills – fluent Polish and English are essential. You’ll be communicating with international clients and working with teams in both languages.

  • Strong communicator – you can collaborate effortlessly with different teams and deliver projects with an eye for detail.

  • Creative thinker – you bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and know how to make them happen.

  • Organized multitasker – you handle multiple priorities with ease and thrive in dynamic environments

  • Reliable planner – you can manage your workload effectively and see projects through from start to finish.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience designing and implementing communication strategies.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content optimization for search engines.

  • Familiarity with the IT or software house industry.

  • Skills in using AI tools for data analysis, marketing automation, or content creation.

  • Experience managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, or other platforms.

  • Event organization experience – whether it’s conferences, trade shows, or business meetups.

  • The ability to manage advertising budgets and estimate costs effectively.
