IT Project Manager

Łódź, Poland

PLN 10 000 - 15 000

Before Tax (Business Contract)

What will be your daily tasks

  • Managing multiple projects at once – web, mobile, AI
  • Planning scope, budget, timelines, and resources
  • Organizing project meetings – stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
  • Communicating clearly and respectfully with clients and the team
  • Monitoring risks, changes and progress
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation
Who will you work with?
  • Project teams vary – sometimes we handle everything internally, sometimes we collaborate with client teams.
  • Team size? From a few to a dozen+ people, depending on the project.
  • Clients? Diverse – from fintech and e-commerce to education and non-profits. Projects are varied, and you’ll get to work on different topics, challenges, and with different people.
Team & onboarding

You’ll join our team of Project Managers and report to the Head of Client Service. We won’t throw you into the deep end. You’ll get a step-by-step onboarding into our approach, tools, and processes – with support from the team and your leader. At first, we’ll review the projects together – go through the context, goals, and current challenges. You’ll have time to ask questions, get oriented, and settle in at your own pace.

What you'll get

Flexible working hours
  • Start your day anytime between 7:00 and 9:00 – one day at 7:01, another at 8:36. No need to lock into one hour – we trust each other.
  • Our core hours are 9:00–15:00 – most of the team is available then, so things get done faster. Need to go to the doctor, pick up your kid, or handle something urgent? Just do it.
  • We're flexible, but remember – projects have their rhythm. Sometimes, you’ll need to be available for a specific client or team meeting. That’s part of the job.
Multisport & private healthcare (Compensa)
  • After 3 months, you’ll get full coverage for a Multisport card and private medical care with Compensa – fully paid by the company.
  • Have kids? You can get the Multisport Kids card for 1 PLN – we support active families.
1:1 English lessons via Preply – 75% subsidized
  • You choose the teacher, schedule, and pace – we cover most of the cost.
Pet-friendly office
  • Want to work alongside your dog or another pet? Just let us know on Slack in advance.
People really matter here – and we have proof
  • We ran a survey on our organizational culture, and the results were clear: Goodylabs is a company with a strong clan culture. That means people, relationships, and trust really matter here.

For you as a Project Manager, that means:

  • You have a say in the project and the process – your voice counts
  • You’re not on your own – you can count on your team and your leader
  • You don’t need to wear armor – you can be yourself
  • Communication is direct, not overly formal
  • What matters is team impact, not individual ego
Before you apply, make sure that:
  • You have experience managing IT projects – we’re looking for someone who’s done it before and feels confident in the role.
  • You speak Polish fluently – that’s the main language we use in our team.
  • You’re comfortable with English – reading documentation, writing on Slack, and joining calls with international clients.
  • You can work in a hybrid model from our office in Łódź, and you’re available to come in at least twice a week when needed.
  • You’re self-driven and don’t need day-to-day supervision – we value initiative, responsibility, and trust.
  • You’re available to start soon – we’re ready to go and looking for someone who is too.
Location

Hybrid work from our office in Łódź. At the start, we’d like you to be on-site at least twice a week – to get to know each other, onboard properly, and work together. Later, we adapt the model depending on the project and the team – we’re flexible, not rigid.
